The hotel had spacious rooms with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, small TV, and trouser press, but the shower was the lowest I've ever seen. It felt tired and dated, not worth the high price we paid that night for what we got. The service was responsive and accommodating, although recommending an expensive pub and poor fish and chip shop nearby. The location was convenient for reaching central Oxford but was in a rough area on the outskirts of the city. The dining experience, though adequate, had long waits and some errors in orders.
